Its been 45 days I relieved from my previous company, It was the smooth release, now they were refusing to release my relieving letter and experience letter. I have all my payslips and resignation acceptance E-mail. Now my current company is asking those documents . What Should I do now?
If your former employer is refusing to provide your relieving and experience letters, don't despair. You have several options available. Firstly, confirm if email correspondence is acceptable as evidence. You can also formally request the reasons for their refusal, potentially using the Right to Information (RTI) act. If these steps don't yield results, consider sending a legal notice or even initiating a lawsuit to compel them to issue the necessary documents.

E-mail is acceptable evidence, and no hard copy need be insisted.
