dear experts,

one of my relative case file against him, one OS case,before the city civil court, now the plaintiffs filed affidavit that he is owner of the company, on behalf filed money suit against my relatives for claim, in this situation recently we know that he is not owner of the company, the plaintiff only partner, now we can this falls representation can we go for quash, that he is partner not a owner, kindly advise me, this case pending before 2006.
