Mobile tower installation in residential area

Hi Team,

I need your advice. A 120 feet mobile tower being installed next to my home. Contractor had already put bedding to tower. What are better options available under various legal provisions to stop the same.

It is injurious to health. Your cannot sleep at night due to the humming sound emanated. Further the Mobile toweres cannot be installed at residentia area.Raise ojections and report to the Local authorities to remove it forthwith. If not removed, you have to file a suit for removing it witht the jurisdictional Munsiff Court. Act fast.

You may verify whether the requisite permissions have been obtained for erecting the tower and installing the equipment.
