Sir need to inquire about 13b mcd,
Im going to apply in couple of days after first motion will the second motion date be provided to me by the judge or I can put second motion after assuming that six months r over

Example if I apply for first motion on 1st march so the second motion will be in 2nd september

No it is not like that.

It is not earlier than six months. So technically 2nd September date can be fixed or any date thereafter.

when u apply, court automatically gives u date of 2nd motion, in early 7th month after filing 13b. , depending upon court work-load, holidays in between, etc.
parties need not mention 2nd motion date.
It is automatic..
Now a days Judge has tendency to give 2nd motion date prior to six months, and send couple for mediation, and after it's report, call party for 2nd motion, [ as High Court guidelines, no 2nd motion, before trying councilling]
So automatically, 6 months period gets over before 2nd motion and order decree divorce..
