my judgment pronounced and marriage is dissolved in family court now lawyer wants kvt in high court to avoid further problems
how it helps to me , whether opponent cannot file appeal kvt is secure us pl tell

It is Caveat.
You may file it if you wish not to have an ex parte order of Stay against the operation of the judgment/decree.
