Hi sir/Madam, My relative marriage was cancelled which was fixed 15th of June 2012. But the bride attemt to sucide 14th June morning. She was kept in ICU. Due to her mistake Marriage stopped and we lossed money which spent for arrangments. Also Groom became upset for this incident. We came to know later that She was not intrested to marry this groom. Now my question is that
1) Can we search another bride?
2) Can we claim losses occured?
3)Is there any legal documents we need to send them?
Pl help me regard this.

thank your stars you didnt marry her . if after mrriage she had committed sucide you would have been dragged in legal mess .
you can marry another girl as she dosent want to marry you .
dont claim any losses . her parents as it is must be grief stricken . forget it as bad experience and move on in life

Mr.Nagaraja every body having their right to choose their life and the life partner too. Here you first find out why the girl attempted suicide. in some family they will not ask the girls for marriage simply they will arrange it without her willingness. so these kinds of incidents are happening. ask your family to spoke with that girl whether whats the problem with her don't hear to the public words because its suppose to be a rummour not will the truth about that girl, better talk to her straight. if she is not interested means then my advise is to go with search with another bride. think that all is for well, because your family is safe now... if the same thing happened after the marriage means plz think it of.

Was she forced to marry him by her elders?If so they committed a mistake of ruining her life.Everyone has a right to choose their life partner.Ask your relative to forget it as a bad dream and choose a girl who likes him than his liking for her.Best of luck.

Do not entangle much. You have got rid of the problem before it could start. if you provoke they can allege that she comitted suicide due to dowry demand. Then where do your relative stand.
Ask him to be thankful to god and sit quite, search another alliance.
