Dear Experts, how much % maintenance will provide by judges to women with child of his husband's salary.

what you intend to know is not clear
but i answer what I understand you want to know.
maintenance is not to be granted for leading a luxurious life. But to live with dignity as she lived before separation from her husband.
she is entitled for her food, clothing, rent and other basic necessities, if there is any medical bills regularly to acrue will also to be considered while granting maintenance.

It depends on how the cae has been proved by the petitioner seeking maintenance commensurating with her husband's salary and other sources of income. If she establishes the proper account of income, it can be nearer to 1/3rd of the same.
