hello all learned experts
leave in relation ship is not applicable in the gujarat as per my knowledge but i am not sure there is ambiguity pls clarfy it regards

There is no law about live in relationships anywhere in India, except that the SC has legalized the relationship by the remarkable judgement passed by the Apex Court, which held that live-in-relationship should be treated equivalent to marriage.

i agree with Vishal Ji, in fact that judgment came in order to prevent female abuse out of such relationships.
otherwise there is no such law in this context till date.
however Maharashtra made an attempt to legalise it, but was widely criticised so they had to drop the proposal.
one more thing its "live in relationship"
and not "leave in relationship" :-)

Live in relationship is affects our society, it is not good, it is a direct attack on our samskruti. Anybody can defend it, but from the background of good customs, traditions, it is not good for our society.
As Kiran said " live in relationship" and not'leave in reltionship".
The ultimate result of this live in relationship is leave in relationship.

Dv Act contains a term vide which live in relationship has been agreed. This act is also applicable in Gujrat so indirectly live in relationship has been agreed to but there are no specific provisions anywhere in India specifically legalizing such type of relationship.

Supreme court has not in any way legalised the live in relationship. But has held that where there are proof of long together living then court will presume under section 114 that marriage exists and the burden to prove no marriage will be on the party who claims that no marriage exits

Mr Anish Legalization is the process of removing a legal prohibition against something which is currently not legal. So by holding that where there are proof of long together living then court will presume under section 114 that marriage exists (as told in your own words) the SC has removed the legal prohibition on such relations.
