Hi,
Me and my girlfriend both are in live-in relationship, and both we are married and could not get divorce from our partners.
Now the rules are changed, 497 given relief to women
According to this act we can live freely but can we born child also???

Mr. Neeraj,
You were earlier also free to bear child from your live-in relation. The only difference is that earlier your wife could feel free to file a criminal case of adultery against you, besides using that as a tool for her divorce, whereas now she cannot file adultery case to see you behind the bars. Now she can use that relation just for her divorce from you.
However, you still have the sword of crime of rape hanging above your head, if your live-in partner prefers to file a rape case against you. Otherwise, you are free to enjoy your live-in loved one.

No harm if you both go ahead with birth of child out of the live in relationship. No legal issue involved. Child by all means will be legitimate.

Go ahead, no problem till your wife has no objection and live-in woman do not file any rape case.

But after born the child when we will get our child registered in hospital record, although much paper work is done that time in hospital, and I think my girlfriend would sign somewhere on those papers as mother of child, still I will get threat in future that she will file a rape case against me. Although we love each other so much and I trust on her but also don't know about future sir.
After her acceptance in hospital that the child is born by us, she can file rape case in future??
Kindly guide me for this as well.

You cannot control her action. She can file case against however it has to be prove that it was rape between you and her.

You seem to get guarantee from the experts about your safe future. They have rendered you enough help. Otherwise, who has seen tomorrow. Question arises, can you guarantee that you would not betray your girlfriend after you get patch up with your wife, may be with consent or under pressure?
Had the human being been able to see what would happen tomorrow, he would always have avoided bad incidents.
So, today is yours, but nobody can guess whose tomorrow would be, yours or of your girl friend or her husband or of your own wife . Everything is in the hands of destiny.
You may continue to enjoy your lot, if you have the courage to do so, otherwise forget the episode today itself and patiently wait for the outcome of the divorce proceedings of both of you. While law has a limited scope, illegality has quite an unlimited scope. Anything can happen without any alert to any human being. Law comes to the fore only after the incidence happens, just to analyze, why happened and whom to punish or not.
