dear sir
civil suit me 30 din ke baad jawab ke liye 60 din ka time milta hai. isme cilivwecation ke din alag se gine jate hai ya nahi kya court cilivwecation ke dino ko countinues gin sakta hai ?

The 90 days is computed from the date of the receipt of summons or the date of appearance in the suit.However that 90 days is not mandaotory and the court can accept the written statement even after the expiry of 90 days if the delay is properly explained.

Mr. Barman is right.
However,where law of limitation is applied strictly, days of Vacation are not deducted from the limitation period. If the limitation is expiring during vacation, then the date on which the court opens after vacation, shall be treated as last date for limitation purposes.
