I had taken all care and shared her my life achievement but suddenly one day her brother and father destroyed the peace of complete family. They had taken her back with jewellarry and cash. filed 498a and other criminal cases. Now i am running here and there spending lot of money. HOW MUCH THE CHANCES OF WINNING THESE FALSE CASES IF: 1)She is mental patient doctor cert available, 2)No dowry taken but invested money in her name and nominee in many investment,papers available 3) purchased lot of jwellary for her, bills available 4)visited all the corners of india, photographs available 5)filed in her native,wrong jurisdiction documents available Its just five minutes decision case but I am running since last 2 yrs. Adv says quashing is difficult, trial is good. In life time I had never harmed or cheated people. I always help the needy. BUT since last 2 yrs I am totally fed-up. I think I should give my judgement as per my rule and punish them... pls suggest somebody!@!

Since case has been initiated against you, you have no option but to face trial which has its own gestation period.
If you have palpable proof of falsity of the case , you can try quashing.
Without knowing the cause of delay nothing could be commented on that aspect except advising you to expedite the case.

With the kind of story which you are telling, I would say that your chances of winning the trial is 100%.

I would not suggest going for quashing unless sufficient grounds are made of.

I think you are over reacting. These cases are routine now. After obtaining bail, you should keep patience and now let the trial commence. The opinion of your lawyer is accurate. There are less chances in quashing because it is done merely on the contents of FIR which are against you so dont waste your time and let the trial commence.

Your evidence is of highest value which cannot be discarded by any court so there are no chance of your conviction rather the case shall definitely be dismissed and after that it shall be your turn to initiate action against such persons responsible for your miseries.

never take law into your hands .you can contact a local lawyer and obtain a second opinion as to whether case for quashing is made out .you have a good case on merits

with all the regards to Ld expert for giving me a feel of strength I want to put up my question-Are you ready to take up my case at her native place. I am ready to pay the cost. I have many advocates but they are all mix vegetables and deal with all the cases. They are not masters of their feild but when they sense that they will earn here they promise many things in air. Judiciary has again a big question mark as they say that judges have to be bribed for fair results.

Totally confused what is to be done even though I have a clean hand.
