Lengthy adjournment by defendant

Respected Sir,

I have been filed R A D suit in small causes at Mumbai in person, Defending solicitor has given a an Application for adjournment on 25th Apr, 2013, for giving reply, still he is not file his reply, how can I tolerate a lengthy adjournment,so please suggest me that how I can take objection for this delay.

It is the part of litigation. You have to adjust with these adjournments soon,

Pray before the court not to provide adjournments to the defendant to file its written statement beyond the period of 90 days from the date of receipt of notice of the suit otherwise struck his defence.

These are the part and parcel of litigation. However you may pray to the court for not allowing adjournments time and again.

you cn adraw attention of the court to fact that adjournement was sought in April 2013 for filing reply . 4months time has been granted till no reply is filed .
oppose further application for adjournment . if any adjourrnment is granted it may be mentioned it is last chance for filing reply
