Sir, if Police verification is completed, can the society take objection and tell Licensor not to give the flat to Licencee?
Please guide.

Sir,

It is mandatory to seek the permission of the society before renting out the flat on Leave & Licnese.

If the society has given permission and police verification was done, society can not object.
