my question is that if lawyers are not allowed to advertise or solicit online, then how any person's legal question are answered on this platform .. how all legal advice are given on this platform.
I mean i have seen several other website where one can search a list of lawyers, ask question to them.
Can talk to lawyers by payment of fee.
Can get work related to law don online ?

So how all this is functioning ?

we dont solicit clients on LCI . in response to any query we dont ask querist to pay us consultation charges .

querists are free to contact any lawyer on this site for detailed consultation on payment of his legal fees .

in some other websites legal advice is offered on payment of nominal charges .

The author is a student. The question arises, how he is concerned with the query about advocates, when that does not relate to him, his profession, if not required to solve some classroom exercise?
