Sir,
IT IS REQUESTED TO GUIDE ME WHETHER PAYMENT OF RENTAL COMPENSATION FOR THE LAND ACQUIRED UNDER LAND ACQUISITION ACT BE PAID 1)FROM THE DATE OF ADVANCE POSSESSION OF THE LAND TO THE DATE OF FINAL AWARD DECLARATION OR 2)DATE OF DECLARATION OF SECTION IV TO THE DATE OF DECLARATION OF FINAL AWARD AND RATE OF INTEREST.

The claimant will be entitled to the compensation which is determined on the basis of the market value of the land determined as on the date of preliminary notification

sir, I am still not satisfied. I just asked the period for grant of rental compensation and rate of interest to be paid ?
