The WILL seems to have been acted upon by your father.

The nature of property seems to have been self acquired.

IN that case he can dispose it as it pleases to him during his life time.

Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 03 August 2016
Your father has his unfettered right over his self-acquired property, he can dispose it of as he desire, no one can restrain/ challenge.

You can try but chances are meagre. The intersting question is he got the property by will when he was a minor. you can claim share if the property was maintained by ancestral funds or source. Think in that angle.
