Jurisdiction of wife for filling divorce case

if wife stays at a relaive house or at some known person's house just for 1 month just to create jurisdiction for filling case and leaves that house after 1 month and moves to other city, will court consider it as a jurisdiction for filling case.

But if wife has stayed only for a couple of days as a guest in somebody house and leaves immediately after filling case to another city, will that be considered her place of residence

Thats not the matter, she can file where ever she is staying, either temporarily or permanently.

It is very much correct that what Bhartesh goyal sid if their marriage comes under statute of Hindu Marriage Act because statute was amended might be 2002 or 2003 at for the convenience of the wife
