I am working women & I am earning Rs. 12000/- pm but my husband is not staying with me from last 10 month i stay with my parents can i claim for Intrim maintence from my husband ? please suggest me...

what is your husband income? if there is not much difference in your income you wont get maintenance

a working wife would not be entitled to maintenance

no, u cannot claim it.

You can claim maintenance but then you have to show that your husband's income 4-5 times more than that of your income.
