Interior manupulated and given very poor quality material

Hi,
i have given contract to one interior( Imran ,Reflection imterior). He has given bill ,payment slips and paid through google pay but he had provided duplicate materials very low quality and what ever designs i have asked and he provided in diffrent way and he took more than 4 months as he supposed to complete in one month. still.he did not complete my project and what do and i really dont need these faulty products

Move to District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum with a complaint of deficiency of service etc..
