Interim maintainence

Dear Sir,

This is devaki from mumbai and am a litigant.My divorce case is going on in family court Bandra, am a respendent and it was filed by my husband against me on the basis of cruelty as a ground in December 2012..

My question is what are the factors and documents taken into consideration to decide interim maintainence to wife..One year has gone simply in counselling and mediation and my interim maintainence is
not yet started....
