netkani is not listed in any caste in chhattisgarh..and i belong to the same community. how to proceed for it ..plz help me out..

You can make representation to State govt. to include your caste in the State list as the same has erroneously left to be included.

mr raj what do you think...in which category it would be included...in maharastra and andhra...which border states of my locality do include it in sc category.

Netkani community people resides in Andhra and Maharashtra. It comes under SC.
You can seek Chatisgarh government to issue the community certificate, by providing relevant documents, about the community and your personal proof.
In case of difficulty take up the matter to High Court.

if my calculation is wrong mean am sorry., my previous query reply is same to this query also.,
(i thing you can give a representation to the tashildar., to do correct the mistakes in community certificate.. there is no fruitful result mean just go to high court for filing writ petition)
