I want to know what are sections of N I Act are needed to deal mainly in professional field?

It is bad to limit the knowledge for a profession just up to 5 sections of an important legislation. All sections of NI Act are important for a professional and he should have command over the whole Act.

All Sec are important, but for practice, 138-142 of N I ACT.

All sections of NI Act are important.
But, diring practice, you will mostly face with sections 138 to 142.
But to have a basic knowledge regarding the negotiable instruments, you shll be aware of the entire Act, which will benifit you while conducting the cases, arguments etc.

If you are a law practicener then my sincere advise is that you must read thoroughly all bare Acts of the kind mostly cases are found in your court campus to become comfortable that when ever a case comes to you a reflection of law moves in your mind applicable to facts of your case and you feel comfortable in handling the facts as per law.In addition you should always study judgments of your High Court and of Supreme Court regularly so that your analytic power about law gets advanced and you become capable to form independent opinions on any confronted fact.

I think all experts have taught you NI Act very well. Had they took one section each, you would not have need to read the book.
