Illegal possession of house

My sister was allowed to stay in my house during my career days in many States.On my retirement she is not vacating. When i threatened she got an injunstion alloing her peaceful stay. How to get my house back? All documents are in my name.including property tax. she has her own house separately.citi court has disallowed my appeal against injunction

what are the reasons given by court allowing her to stay in said premises . without going through order passed by trial court and appellate court how can we advise .

I endorse what Mr.Sethi has said, she being the gratitous licensee, you can file a suit for possession having already terminated her license to live.

She already has filed suit that is the reason she got injunction. Please take the injunction copy to nearest available lawyer and file process for vacation of the injunction.

You have practically created the trouble and it appears she has a very long and peaceful stay in the house and it is not so easy to vacate her. I hope she is not even tennantas apparent from your facts.
