I want to change my advocate apart from NOC what document i will get, it is Partition suit

I had problem with my advocate, so i decided to change advocate and appoint new advocate.

The case about partition suit.

what all the document i can get from my advocate apart form NOC.

a NOC is enough. In additon you may ask the advocate to hand over the folder contaiing the matter pertaiing to your partition suit and copy of roznama etc tht might have been obtained form him during the course of conduction of your proceedings.
