hello Experts,
I am A5 under 304b, and currently in my company if my name is nominated for Onsite opportunity. How can I get out of this case coz it ll impact my visa procedure.
Current status of the case is: It didn't come to court and trail not yet started. We got only the number. On the whole this is a false case. Please suggest some way.

if you are innocent from the alleged offence mean you can go for quash before your high court.
or you may file a discharge petition before your trial court.

Sry Sir,
I am A5 in a 304b case, because my brothers wife commited suicide. In our family all 5 ppl are been filed in this case. Now all of us are out in bail.
As i am working in IT sector, i am getting an Onsite Opportunity. Since i am having this case, Visa process for the same will be impacted in BG verification.
Current status of case: Still trail is not started.
What is the possibility for me to come out soon.
Is Quash possible, though chargesheet is filed in court.
Please advice me how to come out of this case with immediate effect.

where are you from sir? have you engaged any advocate for further proceedings?
since the crimes against women is under strict trial, there is minimum possibility only to getting quash.
but it will be entertained even after charge sheet filed.

Further 304b allegation has a peculiarity. In this case the allegations are not to be proved by police. unnatural death within 7 yrs of marriage leads to presumption of it be in a dowry death.
mercy of complainant family can be of great help.
