Husband is not allowing to enter in matrimonial home

In order to restrain me to enter in my matrimonial home my husband has sold out the property to my sister in law my father and mother in law are expired . Can I get accommodation in my matrimonial home by DV Act. is the sale of property valid during the pendency of matrimonial dispute.

if no injunction had been granted restraining sale of property it is valid . you can ask for alternative accommodation under DV act

Agree in absence of any stay the property can be sold. Ask through court for alternate accommodation.

Accommodation for the wife, not means that where the husband and wife previously lived.

As a husband, he has to provide shelter to his wife, where he is currently living.

Yes, if the new house is owned or rented by your husband you can get entry order or even alternative accommodation order.
File case praying for such relief under PWDV Act soon.
