Hi sir/madam,
I have filed a case in HR&CE under commissioner court regarding to quash the order passed by the joint commissioner as well as by temple trustees. Based on there order I am unable to do pooja in the temple.
Now commissioner has ordered both of the orders has been set aside.
Based on above order shall I proceed to do pooja in the temple or any other further proceedings required from end.

You have not the material facts highlighting the real issue, if any.

The facts posted suggest a civil dispute, if at all any. The Police, in my understanding, have no jurisdiction to interfere such disputes.

If opposed on what grounds?

File contempt petition in such condition, if against the ordres.

Thank you so much sirs for all your replies on my query.
In couple of days I will meet EO of the temple and to seek what his the thoughts he have, if he disagree on the order then I will ask for the base ground order on what reason he is not willing and then to take next step.
I hope he will accept the order and allow me, I am crossed my fingers and waiting for the day because I have struggled for past 8yrs.
