SIR this query is of a my muslim friend SABIR
sabir pahle se hi shadishuda tha. 2010 me use park me ek mahila mili. us mahila ne sabir ko apne prem jaal me phansa. isi beech ye mahila our uski maan uska bhai uska father our ye mahila bhi ek case me 420.467.468.471.120b ipc me jail chale gaye . Sabir us mahila se jail me milne jata raha. 6 months ke baad is mahila ki zamanat hui. Sabir ne is mahila se shaadi kar li our is mahila ko apne naam par ek makan kharidkar de diya .Sabir ek do din is mahila ke saath rehata our baki 5 din apni pehli wife ke saath rehne laga. ek din Sabir ne is mahila ko court me ghumte dekha. shak hone par Sabir ne khojbeen ki to pata laga ki is mahila ne apne pehle husband ke khilaf 498a ka mukadma kar rakha hai. sabir ne is baare me is mahila se baat ki to ye mahila ulte Sabir ko darane dhamkane our blackmail karne lagi. Sabir ne is mahila our uske pariwaar walon ke virudh 386,387,389 ipc ka mukadma (156)3 me karaya, .yeh mahila Sabir ko phone par jaan se marne ki dhamkiya dene lagi our Sabir ka makan apne naam karane ka dabav banane lagi.in sabke beech is mahila ne police se apni khoobsurati ke bal par dosti kar li. Our Sabir ke workplace per aakar Sabir ko galiyan dene lagi work place par roz roz aakar hangama karne lagi. tang aakar Sabir ne police ke uch adhikariyon ko written prarthna patra likhe .prarthna patr concerned thaane me aate our police yeh report lagati rahi ki Sabir makan khaali karaane ke liye false application likhta hai. is mahila ne Sabir ke virudh (156)3 me 498a,323,3\4 ka false mukadma likhwaya. Sabir ne jo 386,387,389 ka mukadma jo is mahila our uske pariwaar walon ke virudh likhwaya thha us mukadame me police ne yeh kahte hue final report laga di ki Sabir ne makaan khaali karaane ke liye false mukadama likhwaya hai.yeh mahila sattadhaari netaon ke paas jaane lagi.Sabir ne darkar compromise kar liya .is mahila dwara kiye gaye false 498a ke mukadme me bhi police ne final report laga di our court ne final report ko accept kar liya.Sabir ke 386,387,389 ke mukadme me final report to laga di thi lekin court ne abhi tak final report ko accept nahi kiya hai.11th November is fixed for this.ab is mahila ki behan ki shaadi hone waali hai. is mahila ne sabir ke ooper paisa mangne ka dabav banana shuru kar diya hai. Sabir ke mana karne par phir se phone par gandi gandi gaaliyan dena prarambh kar diya hai our yeh dhamki bhi phone par di hai ki apne sharir par Talwaar markar Sabir ke khilaf 307 ipc ka farji mukadma darj karwayegi. is dhamki ki call recordind Sabir ke paas hai.Sabir is dhamki se dara hua hai ki yeh mahila phir se work place par hangama karegi.court campus bhi Sabir ke liye safe nahi hai.

under what section of act sabir get declared his marriage with this woman As void? because this woman has not got talak from his previous husband.
how to get this woman stopped to call Sabir over phone.if any stay order can be granted in this regard.if Sabir does not recieve her phone she changes phone numbers.
can she got punished as she is running one case of false 498a,3\4 against her previous husband.this case is running even now. 2nd false 498a on Sabir which results final report and accepted by court.
should sabir file protest petition against final report in a case of 386,387,389,120b ipc ?
what special relief can be asked from high court?
how to stop this woman to come to sabirs work place?
as this woman is already an accused of an another case of 420,467,468,471 and charge sheeted will this help something to prove her character ?

sir Sabir gave a complainant letter against this 420 lady to SSP and SSp forwarded this application to SO . SO forwarded this application to a DAROGA.Daroga did not registered case. this 420 lady gave threats to kill SABIR and insult at his workplace. SABIR recorded all in his phone and listened to daroga. but daroga refused to register case saying that this is a matter of husband and wife.as per her threat this 420 lady came at SABIR work place and insulted sabir much more. i think this is a clear cut matter of sabir s human rights. experts are requested to opine that can sabir get any stay order from any court high court allahabad or apex court to stop this lady to come at workplace.please advice
