Ours is a co op society duly registered with the dy. registrar of societies. In recent AGM a new team has been chosen but the tricky ex. chairman is not signing the resolutions etc. for necessary further action. What is the administrative solution ?

Bring this to the notice of the Registrar. The new committee can resume function anyway.

there must be atleast 6 members to MC . if ex chairman does not sign the minutes of MC other members can sign . if he does not sign the minutes he will be regarded as absent from the meeting .

Agreed that the chairman alone do not constitute the executive body, the other MC members can on a majority basis decide about handling such issues.

What resolutions the ex-chairman is supposed to sign? The new team can as well take charge. Even the resolution to be submitted to the Bank for operation of account can be passed by the new committee and the out-going office bearers are required to sign the the authorisation letter addressed to the bank along with the in-coming office bearers. What is your real problem?
