Hindu divorce renounce world

Marriage has completed 1 year. Wife and I are not compatible and both want divorce.
If wife applies for divorce under HMA because husband has renounced the world and husband admits renouncing the world can divorce be granted in less than 6 months? What other proof does court need?

You can fast track the case through divorce by mutual consent which takes about 6 or less months according to some Supreme court decisions. Tht is the quickest mode of divorce.In case o renouncing thE world she ALONE HAS TO FILE DIVORCE ON THE GROUND OF HUSBAND RENOUNCING THE WORLD AND COURT AFTER DUE INQUIRY AND TRIAL WOULD ISSUE DECREE OF DIVORCE IF YOUR RENOUNCING THE WORLD FACT IS PROVED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE COURT.iN THE NORMAL COURSE OF TIME IT MAY GET DISPOSED OFF WITHIN 1 YEAR OR 3 YEARS.
