My wife has filed false a complaint against my family in vanita sahayavani( me, my father and mother and brother-in-law and sister. How to over come from that, I have a one year child.

U have to project UR query clearly so that we can give U the apt suggestion.Attend the counselling without fail U have to run after courts spending UR time and money.U have to mention the grounds that she has filed.
