In civil case date of hearing is given for oct.

1- now i want to file memo before date is it
possible.

2- if yes how to file.

3- if no what should i do.

What is the urgency to file memo prior to the hearing?

You can file vakalatnama on the fixed date instead of filing memo.

Memos are business in criminal proceedings as when accused in jail.Stop Smarting or do
not ask only to show smartness.If this all is not true about you then i am very sorry
to find you what you are not.
