It’s been more than 10 years that I was victim of harassment at my work place by my co-worker and superiors due to some very bad rumors about me. I have no freedom, no repo, they abuse me, frame for behavioral issue, misbehaving with female employees, threats of losing my jobs was always there. Always framed me for mistaken identity. And things were getting worst and worst. With the help of HR and job consultant they follow me whenever I switch jobs and all my personal issue are passed to my new job.

My last company was Stellar Data Recovery in Gurgaon where I was working as Research and Development Associate for just 3 months. (joined 15 Jan 2019 and left on April 2019) where my co-worker was started threatening me that this would be my last job and I would never get another job if I did not follow them according to their will.
And that what exactly happened that after three months that thing got so worst that they were ready to start physical fight with me. Work pressure was very very high for me. At the time of joining the HR did not offer me the salary of my expectation, so I worked out thing that I will find other job. Thing happened exactly the way they threaten me and it been a year that I am sitting at home with no job. Before that I was doing continuous job since 2011.

I am 100% sure that my last employer has spread the rumor but I have no proof.
Now I want to sue them for damaging my reputation and need help to get a new job

Another major issue that I am facing is that I am a victim of Mind Control torture and harassment experiment program by Central Intelligence Agency, United Sates (CIA). I can give you the name and contact number of thousand of people who can support my story about Human experiment.
I have wrote to
1. Crime Branch Delhi Police ( Aug 2013, May 2014, April 2016 and 28 May 209) but my complaint was not taken seriously.
2. Human Right April 2014, case no 1955/30/8/2014 but my complaint was not taken seriously.
3. Grievance Status to PMO PMOPG/E/2019/0348102 Registration Date 28 May 2019 No Action

It is popularly known with code name MK-ULTRA which was initially started in 1950s and later the project continued with different names like COINTELPRO, ARTICHOKE etc. Some of the effect of the torture are.
1. They can read and control the victim’s mind and thoughts.
2. They can manipulate victim’s behavior and emotion (Fear, Anger, Joy, hate, sadness etc.).
3. They can speak into the victim’s mind using voice to skull technology now as V2K.
4. Communication between two human minds.
5. Force Speech (Make you speak with anger)
6. Memory Manipulation
7. Induce Sleep
8. Extreme Fatigue
My thoughts are share with my colleges at workplace and to people where I stay. They know everything, what’s happening in my life and what I am thinking about.

Generally, no staff member, employer go behind any employee after leaving the job. Possibly, they can comment if asked by the prospective employer.

Please try to avoid such attitude from your side, you can not change others, definitely can change yourself.

Consult some consultant. Exercise, yoga can treat your sleeping etc. problems.

You might have allowed Intelligence Agencies of USA to get their practical done with you on the terms and conditions best known to you and once you permitted either directly or implicitly, you have no occasion to make any complaint at this belated stage. You have not mentioned what violation has been made by that agency with you and if the same is against the terms and conditions or violates your human rights wherein without having your consent, the practicals have been effected over your body then move to high court seking direction to the Gvot.of India to initiate due action against those agencies.

The theme that the CIA of US is following you up and constantly torture you appears like an imaginary concept you have created and have posted it here to pass your time.
In fact the first part of your story also is not believable.
Hence you may first consult a psychologist or any counselor and get counselled.

Though it is not a legal problem, you are without work these days, there is lockdown outside, workplaces are closed. Try to use the opportunity in rethinking and evaluating whole situation.

CIA if follow, the person who is being followed is hardly aware of the fact. Again advised to discuss with therapist and have yoga continuously.

Your own behavioral problem cannot be blamed to others and none is going to believe that your mind has been used by USA Intelligence agency CIA for some practicals and you are suffering due to that. Balance your mind by the practice of Yoga and Pranayam as already suggested by expert Rajender Goyal ji.
