Gratuity eligibility

I have worked as 'consultant' for 18 months and in continuation as 'Manager' in a Private Ltd. Company for 44 months. Please clarify whether the service rendered during the period as 'consultant' will be considered for payment of Gratuity ?

Yes the service as consultant in same organisation in continuation as Manager in that organisation will be counted in gratuity period.

Submit FormI and attach covering letter mentioning that despite representations in office notice of determination of Gratuity has not been supplied to you.

Whether you have received any salary as consultant? Whether it is a employment?

If you are not the employee, you can not take this period for the purpose gratuity calculation.
