In regards to my query one of the lawyers has asked me if I had sent the GPA from India to my daughter. Yes, the GPA was sent from Delhi, India. The query is in regards to "letter of opinion" which the bank wants in order to deal with my daughter, even though she has the GPA that I had recently sent from Delhi, India.

If the GPA is duly notarised in abroad , counter signed by the Consulate Officer there and properly adjudicated in India then no further documents is required.

Yes now I remember it is a repeated query. Even I replied on the last occasion.
A slip on my part.

Still searching for letter of opinion?
Since the bank has asked you to produce the letter of opinion, it is better to ask the Bank itself what is it and get a format of the same from the bank.
Our clients ask us for opinion on certain legal issues and we give them opinion through a letter. For us, that is called a letter of opinion or opinion letter.
I dont know what the bank actually requires.
Further, you are requested to follow your previous thread so that it is not repeated.
