Sir
I wish to clarify the doubt regarding getting VAO Certificate for EB Connection
i.e. While apply for EB Connection in my Agri Fields , some certificate from VAO has to be obtained .
Even I have sent request letter to VAO in Nov.2023 still he has not been provided the same .
When I ask him he says different reasons for every time ( Like he was busy with election duty, some time meeting with higher official, Finally he said as I should wait for some time to finish the survey of disputed land ) Actually there is no dispute in the concerned land in which I have applied EB Connection , Dispute only in nearest property only but that is different survey number . How to file a case against him ?
What would be appropriate way to punish him ? He should not continue in Public service .To do so how can I proceed further legally ?

This not unusual. You know the real reason.Contact the Tahsildar.Even it not works out meet the colletor With grievance day petition on Monday with a complaint petition.

Yes. You cannot file a case against the VAO. You shall submit a complaint to the higher official of the Revenue Department. You may meet the District Collector on the grievance day (usually on Monday) and make an application in the matter.

The VAO is coming under the Tehsildar hence you may have to approach the Tehsildar only for such jobs.
If the VAO do not cooperate then you may make a complaint in this regard and then escalate the matter to the District collector with the copy of the complaint given to the Tehsildar in this regard

VAO, is the most difficult govt functionary to tame. The way you are describing the things this give a reasonable impression that he will not act without bribe.

better you settle bribe with him and approach state vigilance bureau and have him trapped.
