Gift Deed

A gift deed given by the father to his elder son only. Father have 2 son and 2 daughters. Can the father cancel the gift deed?. Is there any provision to cancel the gift deed?.

A gift deed, duly executed cannot be cancelled.

Agreed.Until there are faults, conditions etc....

Moreover The relations shall sour.......

The other children may sit with father and find honorable and dignified ways.

Others cam challenge it and get is set aside, but the executor cannot revoke it .....

Gift deed can not be cancelled till all parties agree to it or some technical drawback in the deed.

If both the donor and the donee agree and jointly execute the cancellation deed for the existing gift deed, the same may be revoked or if it was a conditional deed, the conditions have not been complied with, the same may be revoked by the donor unilaterally.
