Can a gift registered property be cancelled.

The Gift deed can be cancelled/revoked only if it was a Conditional Gift and the Condition had been breached/violated. Otherwise not.

Gift once done can not be cancelled unless there is clause of compliance of condition precedent or subsequent which is not void in law.
If this clause is not there gift can not be cancelled.
