can a donee be represented by a power of attorney holder before a sub-regsitrar in a gift deed registration in respect of an immovable property?

Whether a donor himself can be GPA holder for the donee in the registration of a gift deed ?

Yes, in terms of Section 123 Transfer of Property Act.
