For getting call detail of bsnl landline phone

dear sir ! A criminal case is running in court accusing me.to prove myself as innocent i am in need of call detail of nov.-2007 of my bsnl landline phone in rajasthan circle.can i get call detail of 8 years back period.is it possible in any way or not.a lawyer who came in touch of my type matter can answer easily.pls answer

I am doubtful whether such date is still saved. Even if saved then you have to get order from court to lay your hands on these.

You can try through RTI.

You can call the concerned employee for evidence by preying court to issue summons.

Anyhow, you can request the court to issue summons to the BSNL to produce the record.
