False fir

sir,

one person has registered false fir against me in pollice station.

so what can i do against him to understand true lassion.

First save yourself, if FIR for non cognizable offense apply for Anticipatory bail.

Its depend on the facts of the case, if you have very strong proof in your favour and against the FIR version then file a quashing petition before HC under Article 226 of Indian Constitution read with section 482 of Cr.PC.
after quashing you can file a complaint against him/her before court for filing false case against you & you can also file a suit for damages/suit for defamation before civil court.

Without full facts i.e. under which sections FIR is lodged and what are the proofs in hand success in quashing can not be guessed.

First take bail and then prove your innocence in court.
