False cases by wife & her relatives

Honourable Experts,

My wife has filed false cases of IPC 498A, 323, 506. False jurisdiction is created at her native place by false witnesses. The charge sheet is filed. There is major difference between her private complaint and statement given in charge sheet.

Charge sheet is filed in 2010 and she is not appearing now. Charge is framed. Kindly tell me what remedies I have at this stage. Can they be punished for filing false cases? Kindly tell how.

as per your query, at present you can not file any case against her for false accusation but after your acquittal you have right to file.
