Fake affidavit

It is legal to use a stamp paper of back dated issued in 2014 used in 2017 for making affidavit for other party

Boss it is absolutely OK to use back dated stamp paper (provided you are not using the same in Maharashtra and Gujarat, for these two states rules are different), nothing prohibits you from using it even after years of its purchase. Law does not have any prescribed period of limitation for its validity.

A back stated stamp-paper can be used any time any where in India except in Mumbai and Gujarat where separate rules are made for this.>stamp Paper has no time limit for its use.
