Hi,

What happens if wife files fake 498A case and does not attend the trial along with her family members who signed as witness ?

Hi manjunath,

Recently i have seen in news paper tht delhi high court has given fine of one lakh rupees for filing false case against her husband and his family members. According to ur case. The case is not maintanable... dont worry u wil be out of the case very soon.

The warrant of arrest can be issued agaisnt her to ensure her attendance in court.
If she is missing then her evidence can be expunged.
