hi
i came to know about my husbands extra marital affairs recently , we discussed a lot regarding this and finally my husband confessed every thing about the second relationship , he also took the second lady to the temple and tied the wedding chain as per hindu tradition -but no registration done.
suggest me how to throw way the second lady - she is giving life-threatening indication to my husband .pl help we want to get rid of this second lady .

Second marriage is legally not valid as the first wife is present.
Tell the woman clearly about this.
But since your husband has married her in temple, now what makes him change his mind. Things not clearly informed.

Lodge a complaint to local police in advance regarding this to save your skin in case such a thing happens.

It is but natural for the lady to do this if your husband have kept relationship with her, done marriage (tho illegal) and is now trying to get rid of her. Try to handle the situation tactfully and amicably. File complaint in the police station if needed.

You have not mentioned whether your husband is with you or not. I presume he is not wihth you so you need to file a FIR against your husband and that lady.
