How to apply for Issue/Re-Issue of a Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant ? How much time it will take and what would be the Court Fees remittable ? Can I apply on my own, directly with the Court's Final Judgement copy and without a lawyer ?

Judgement Document in the same Court, for the Court to Issue/Re-Issue a
Non-Bailanble Arrest Warrant on the opponet as mentioned in the final judgement ?
