i am a complainant & wish to file suit under crpc 155, i need directions to approach magistrate.

There is no suit u/s. 155 crpc. S. 155 crpc deals with the complaint filed with the police about the commission of a non-cognizable offence

You are mistaken. You might have been directed to file complaint under section 156 (3) Cr. P. C. instead of 155.
