Dear Anonymous,

On account of non appearance of accused either the exemption application is to be moved or otherwise the judge will issue process i.e. Summon/Notice, Bailable warrant, Non bailable warrants and proceedings u/s 82-83 Cr.P.C.

Best Regards

Daksh

After making his appearance in court, if an accused does not appear in court during subsequent hearing he would be compelled to attend the court through NBW (Non-bailable warrant)unless his advocate files an exemption application.
