Can child have the right to take her property from the parents?

Can parents sell the properties which are there under the name of their child?

if this things not so then what are the remedy will expert suggest on this case "

A has done the marriage with out the concern of the parents and parents said you do not have the right to take any thing from me now!! A has many land properties under her name....

Pls. solve the query!!!!

Only a person under whose name the property is registered alone entitiled to execute a registered sale deed pertaining to that property. In event of his death, his legal heirs or the persons upon whom the property is bequethed can execute a sale deed.

In your query you have mentioned that the properties are in the name of A, as such her parents cannot execute a sale deed. However if the properties are not exculsively in the name of A or the properties are purchased out of joint family funds then it is a different situation.

If the originals of the sale deeds are still in the custody of A's parents, advise her to obtain certified copies from the registrar office concerned.

No. Without she being a party the parents cannot sell out her property or her share.

The parents cannot sell the properties which are under the name of their child.The child will be the absolute owner of the property after the age of her mejority.

it doesnt matter. if the property is exculsively registered in the name of their child only the person/child upon whose name the property is registered is the only person entitled to execute a sale deed with respect to that property. Mere publication in the newspaper cannot debar the child from her legitimate rights.
