I am a builder by profession.I am from maharashtra.i have a town planning sanction of 54 flats and i have constructed 24 flats in the project.Sir the people of 24 flats are hurrying up to make a society but i dont want to make the society as they will creat problem in the remaining project.They have applied registrar for the same but i have not responded them.So sir tell me what is exact solution for it as i dont want to make society for them.

Dear Harish

Legally you cannot prevent the flat owners to form a society.

In case the society/association is formed and if any trouble is created by the them, you can very well approach the civil court for injunction to prevent any disturbance / nuisance made by them in the project.

Formation of society/association is the constitutional right of citizens which cannot be obstructed at the whims and wishes of you just for the anticipation of problems for you. If any illegal work is done by anyone, the affected person has got remedy under law.
